The Return of Antago Yachts

This marks the modern revival of Antago Yachts, a name with deep roots in Italian yachting excellence. Originally founded by Gianni Gravagno in the 1980s in Viareggio, Italy, Antago produced 85 custom-built yachts, earning international recognition for craftsmanship, innovation, and performance.

During its first era, Antago had a strong presence in the United States, first through a prominent dealer and later with its own offices at The Grand in downtown Miami. Most Antago yachts were designed by the acclaimed naval architect Fulvio De Simoni, whose signature Italian styling and attention to proportion made Antago a timeless name in the industry.

From the start, Antago positioned itself as a boutique custom builder, focusing on quality and individuality rather than mass production—an approach that resulted in yachts still admired and cruising today.

A Legacy of Performance and Elegance

Antago Yachts have long been known for their blend of performance and luxury, with planing hulls capable of 24–30 knots, paired with refined interiors and meticulous detailing. Each vessel embodies Italian craftsmanship and distinctive style.

Notable Builds Include:

• M/Y Dear Henri – 32m (105′), built 1998, Viareggio. Designed by Fulvio De Simoni; composite hull and superstructure.
• M/Y Beauty – 33.53m (110′), built 2001, Viareggio. Composite construction, teak decks, cruising at ~24 knots, top speed ~30 knots.
• M/Y Dea One (Antago 90) – 27m (90′), built 2003, Viareggio. Recently underwent a complete refit (2022–2025), reaffirming Antago’s enduring quality.

The Next Chapter

With its proud heritage as a foundation, Antago Yachts now returns to the market—backed by original visionary Sebastiano Gravagno—to carry forward its legacy with renewed passion and modern innovation.

The new era begins with the Antago 52′, the first model to be built in the United States, combining Italian design with American craftsmanship. This marks not only a revival of a legendary brand but also the beginning of an exciting new chapter—where tradition meets technology, and timeless elegance meets contemporary performance.
